By accessing or using the Tarafam mobile application, API, or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under your credentials.

3. Description of the Service

Tarafam provides features including: guided onboarding, personalized birth-chart insights, lunar calendar and phases, space weather indicators (e.g., KP index and Schumann Resonances), community interactions (feed, connect, events, hubs), a knowledge library, guided meditation, and an AI-based assistant. Some features require authentication and/or subscription.

4. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for any content you submit, post, or share. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tarafam and its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Some features may rely on third-party providers (e.g., authentication services, AI providers, data sources for space weather). Your use of those features may be subject to third-party terms. Tarafam is not responsible for third-party content or services.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of information for any purpose. Astrological and spiritual content is informational and not medical, legal, or financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarafam and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service in whole or in part. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction to the extent permitted. Any disputes shall be handled in competent courts having jurisdiction over Tarafam.
